The Woodson Choral Department is considered one of the best programs, not only on the state level, but on the national level as well. Every ensemble consistently receives superior ratings at the Virginia Music Educators Choral Festival.
These achievements would not be possible without the generous contributions we receive from the community. Fairfax County does not fully fund the choral program even in the best of fiscal times. The Choral Department and Choral Boosters must raise money every year to continue our high-caliber program.
